If only there was more hours in the day, and Less snow on the ground

My newest project will be a short animated film, with the subject matter being
"How powerful opening a book is"

Setting For each book:
sea monster attacking a bout
a person riding there bike
a few drawings from a sketch book coming to life
treasure on a island

after that I draw a blank.


I am not much for fiction based books. I honesty only enjoy reading things that are giving me helpful information about topics i enjoy doing. Like sewing, gardening, and cook books.

Although Brave new world, Strangers in a strange land, The moon is a harsh mistress are some of my favorite books of all time

Chugging along

SO  here is a screen shot of something i have been messing with. .  It looks kinda cool but it far to busy to be used.

I am going to keep the hills and the lay out, but not the coloring or high contrast. I think I may gray it so that the Tree and the Child stick out more.

You may be wondering what all of this is and the literal answer is that the sky is a photo of jello with and overlay of plastic wrap I scanned and the Hills are cut out layers of hand made paper, and The clouds started as a doodle and have worked there way up to water color drawings.

Next week I think have finished the Tree, Leafs have tuned out to be hard to come up with than I frist thought. But after working at Meijer for 9 hours today I am happy to have this much done. I can not wait for a day when all I do is build sets.

Ever have a Bitching Idea just to realize 5 hours into it you hate it. . .

The leafs look horrible, 
I am not the best about crating things on the computer. 
I need to be making these thing by Hand….
